Fighting Malaria

Malaria, a major global health threat, causes over 405,000 deaths annually, primarily in Africa. Mosquito resistance to existing prevention methods poses a challenge. Collaborating with IVCC, ACTELLIC® 300CS was developed, endorsed by WHO in 2013, and has since proven effective in protecting millions and reducing malaria transmission rates notably in countries like Zimbabwe and Ghana. Further research aims to address evolving mosquito resistance, safeguarding both health and livelihoods in affected communities.
We embarked on a journey to Rwanda with a heartfelt mission: to produce a captivating documentary that illuminates the profound impact of malaria on communities across Africa. In addition, our film aims to showcase the remarkable potential of ACTELLIC® 300CS in safeguarding countless lives throughout the continent. Produced for 2020 Media.
